We understand that plans can change. However, as your dog’s space is reserved and other bookings may be declined, the following charges apply:

Dog Walking, Home Visits & Day Care

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No charge

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% of the booking fee

Home Boarding (including date changes)

• More than 14 days’ notice: 25% of the total booking fee

• Between 7 and 14 days’ notice: 75% of the total booking fee

• Less than 7 days’ notice: 100% of the total booking fee

Please note:

• Changes to booking dates are treated as cancellations.

• If sufficient notice is not given, the full fee for the cancelled period will be charged.

• These charges apply as booking dates are reserved exclusively for your dog.

Regular Bookings & Scheduling

• Ad hoc walking or day care bookings should be made by Thursday at 5pm for the following week.

• Regular bookings will roll over weekly.

• Any changes to regular bookings must also be made by Thursday at 5pm for the following week.
